We are looking for a talented and motivated Lawyer to join our busy Real Estate Commercial team based in our Bournemouth office. Your Responsibilities
- Property Transactions: Act on the purchase and sale of commercial properties, working closely with developers and investor
- Finance Matters: Advise borrowers and lenders on secured lending transactions, including property-backed finance arrangement
- Landlord & Tenant: Draft, negotiate, and manage commercial lease agreements, including renewals and assignment
- Pension Trusts: Handle transactions involving SIPPs and SASS pension schemes, with support to grow your knowledge in this niche are
- Team Support & Growth: Contribute to the growth and reputation of the team through client care, collaboration, and business development

What We’re Looking For?
- Experience: 1-3 years PQE. Previous experience handling commercial property matters is essential. Exposure to property development or investment transactions is highly desirable
- Legal Skills: Strong drafting, negotiation, and communication skills. A commercial, solutions-led mindset is key
- Client Focus: Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships through excellent service and responsivness
- Motivation: A team player who is confident taking on responsibility, with the drive to contribute to team success
- Organisation: High level of attention to detail and ability to manage a busy caseload with competing deadlines
