Senior Lettings Negotiator

We are delighted to be working with one of the worlds leading independent real estate consultancies to find them an experienced and ambitious Associate to join their highly successful Tower Bridge Lettings team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious letting professional to take on a high profile patch covering Tower Bridge, Southbank and Wapping, building on a strong existing presence within a fast-paced team at the top end of the London residential market.

You must have a proven track record of successfully negotiating lettings deals, with the credibility to build and maintain strong client relationships across a busy and varied portfolio. It is essential that you can demonstrate strong market knowledge, a confident and professional manner, and the drive to consistently deliver results.

Youll be responsible for:

• Negotiating and closing lettings transactions.
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships, providing clear and consistent communication throughout the lettings process
• Managing a diverse portfolio of properties across Tower Bridge, Southbank and Wapping
• Remaining responsive and adaptable to changes in the local market, adjusting strategies when needed
• Demonstrating strong market knowledge and maintaining awareness of local competitors
• Upholding high professional standards and ensuring compliance with all administrative procedures

As Associate, you will receive the following:

• Up to £34,000 Basic Salary
• £5,500 Car Allowance
• Commission kickers starting at 8%, rising to 12% and 15%
• Career progression within a globally renowned real estate business
