We're dedicated to bringing tomorrow's driving experience to our customers today. Our bikes are some of the most advanced around - and they feature first class design and engineering (you likely know that already). It means you'll be working with parts you can take pride in, in a team that wants to give the best advice and guidance in the business.
You'll give individual advice to customers on everything from wheels to tyres and be the link between our customers and the workshop. You'll ensure their smooth journey, from agreeing service or understanding repair requirements to booking in work and presenting the completed job. Along the way, you'll organise test drives for our technicians, suggest additional products and services to the customer, and make sure all invoicing is shipshape. Each time, you'll look to ensure that the service you provide is everything the customer would expect and more.
You'll be computer literate and have good customer service experience. Confident with a pleasant manner and a passion for bikes, you'll be someone who can quickly get to grips with processes, BMW Motorrad products and services.
