Jobs4 are recruiting for a Bookkeeper / Accounts Assistant to join our team based in Finningley, Doncaster.

We are looking for a part time Bookkeeper to work up 2 - 3 x days a week (Mon-Fri) We would also consider a full time role, with a mixture of bookkeeping and administration duties.

For the part time position we can be flexible on days/hours to suit the candidate.

Previous experience working within a similar role is essential.
Salary is dependent on experience and will be discussed with candidates at interview stage.

Proven track record within Credit Control
Excellent organisational skills
Good customer service skills
Excellent attention to detail
Must be able to work to deadlines and prioritise workloads
Ideally AAT Level 3 Qualified

Dealing with Purchase and Sales Ledger - invoicing, payments
Credit control - chasing debtors and payment collection
Aged creditor reconciliation
Cash allocation
Assisting within the financial reporting
Bank Reconciliation
Liaising with the managerial team

For the full time position we would be looking for someone with both bookkeeping and administration experience.
Administrative duties will include (but are not limited to) report writing, email correspondence, updating data files and data analysis.
