The Role: As a trainee project worker you will be working with young people who are currently outside mainstream education. You will be engaging and working with youths with challenging behaviours and/or who are at risk of social exclusion. You need good communication skills both written and oral. Excellent IT skills and a wide range of interests.The Employer: Our client is a Doncaster Community Interest Company that provides services to young people who are outside mainstream education using creative and imaginative ways to engage young people.The Successful Candidate: You will have an understanding of the current issues concerning youth work and an interest in community development. You will have an imaginative and creative approach to work and a passion for learning about youth work and community capacity building.
